Step 1 – While you are in the Blackboard Collaborate session, open the Collaborate panel.
Step 2 - Click “Share content”, click “Share files” and upload your PowerPoint presentation.
Step 3 – Wait for the PowerPoint presentation have been uploaded and converted.
Step 4 – Click on the PowerPoint presentation file so that background is black and then click “Share now”
Step 5 – Select the first slide thumbnail so that everyone in the session can see the PowerPoint presentation.
