1. Below the Control Panel, select "Course Tools > Test, Survys, and Pools".
2. Click "Pools".
3. Click "Build Pools".
4. Provide a name for the new pool. (Optionally, you can enter in a description and instructions.)
5. Click "Find Questions".
6. Below Browse Criteria, select "Tests".
7. Select the test.
8. Click the select all.
9. Click "Submit".
(Optional - If you want to change the points to all of the questions in the pool, then complete steps 10-12.)
10. Select all checkbox.
11. Enter in the points.
12. Click "Update".
13. The pool has been created.
