Log into your Blackboard account.
Enter the Blackboard course.
Click the course menu item which is linked to the Blackboard Collaborate tool.
Click on the active session name which is bolded.
Click “Join session”.
Click on the “Open Collaborate Panel”.
Click the “Chat” panel.
You should be on the “Everyone” page.
Type in your message.
