Download Test Results

Note: You can download student responses to test questions, but you cannot download any files they attach with the test results.

Navigate to the course Gradebook:

In list view, click the ellipsis to the right of the test and select “Download Results”:

In grid view, click the icon at the top of the test column and select “Download Results”:

In the Download Results panel, click the radial buttons under “File Type” to specify whether you would like results to be exported as an Excel Spreadsheet (.xls) or Comma Separated Value (.csv) file:

Click the radial buttons under “Format of Results” to the specify how you would like test results to be organized in the downloaded file:

Click the radial buttons under “Attempts to Download” to specify which results you would like to download. “All attempts” will download all submissions from students. “Grade attempts” will only download the results which count for a grade in the test settings (Attempt with highest grade, Last attempt with a grade, etc.):

Click “Download” at the bottom of the Download Results panel:

You may now open the test results in your downloads.
