Ultra - Creating a Recurring Zoom Meeting within the Zoom LTI Tool

1. Open the Zoom LTI tool if you have already added it to your Course Content page. Otherwise, click “Books & Tools” in the Details & Actions panel:

2. Click “Zoom LTI” under “Available Tools”:

3. Click the blue “Schedule a New Meeting” button in the top right corner:

4. Optionally, edit the title of the meeting in the space next to “Topic”. It is not necessary to edit the date and duration, as this will disappear in a later step:

5. Click “Recurring meeting” below the Time Zone dropdown menu:

6. Click the dropdown menu next to “Recurrence” and select “No Fixed Time”:

7. Optionally, customize the Security, Video, and Audio settings, as well as the Meeting Options:

Video Host and Participant are set to Off. For Audio, Telephone and Computer Audio is selected. For Meeting Options, Mute participants upon entry is turned on. The other options Enable join before host, Use Personal Meeting ID, and Record the meeting automatically are turned off.

8. Click the blue “Save” button at the bottom:

Your meeting is now accessible from the “Upcoming Meetings” tab on the Zoom LTI home page:
