How to Add Digital Annotations to the Source which is being Projected on the Middle Front Whiteboard in Gaige/Craig-Lee E-Classrooms?

  1. Tap the whiteboard below the projector either with your finger or the Epson interactive pen.

  1. If you see the right blue arrow and the PC Free Mode icon, please move to step #5. If you don’t, please move to step #3.

  1. If you only see the PC Mode icon, please tap it with either your finger or the Epson interactive pen.

  1. Tap the PC Free mode icon with either your finger or the Epson interactive pen.

  1. Tap the blue arrow icon with either your finger or the Epson interactive pen.
  2. Currently you are seeing the source being displayed up on the whiteboard.
  3. When you want to write digitally on the middle whiteboard on top of the project source, you can do one of the following:

  1. You can tap on either the thin line or think line for the Black, Red or Blue color and then start to annotate on the whiteboard.

  1. You can tap the “Use custom Pen” and then click the down arrow to the left of the “Use custom pen” icon and select a line width and a color. Once you completed that task, you can start to annotate on the whiteboard.

 

  1. If you want to erase some of the digital annotations on the whiteboard, do one of the following:

  1. Tap the either the small or large dot and then erase the annotations you want to remove with either the Epson pen or your finger.
  2. Tap the “Clear all drawing” button and you will be prompted if you would like to remove all digital annotations.
