Click on the course menu item which is linked to the Blackboard Collaborate tool.
Click the Session Options (…) to the right of the session title and then select “View reports”.
You will see the start time and end time of the session, how many attendees which include the moderator, and duration.
Click on the View Report icon.
On the report page, you see users names, their session role, when they first joined the session, when they left the session, their total time spent in the session and how many times they joined the sessions due Wi-Fi or technical issues.
If the user joined the session multiple times due to Wi-Fi or technical issues, you will see the “View Detail Joined” icon to the right of their names to expand the details.
