RIC Service Center

RIC Service Center is the Information Technology Services (ITS)  and Facilities & Operations (F&O) self-service support portal. Through this portal RIC students, faculty, and staff can manage their ITS and F&O service requests and find information and instructions on the use of the various systems in use at the College.  In the RIC Service Center you create your own service tickets, track your open issues and stay up to date on where they stand in the resolution process.

Please use the search feature at the top right of the screen to easily find the service you need help with.
