How to Sign in to the Zoom Desktop Client App

The web browser client will download automatically when you start or join your first Zoom meeting and is also available for manual download for the desktop client at https://zoom.us/download.

1. Open the Zoom Desktop Client app.

2. Click "Sign In"

3. Click "Sign In with SSO".

4. Enter in ri-college and then click "Continue".

5, Enter in your Microsoft 365 email address. (Note: If you have the numbers after your username name, you must include it. [i.e. smith_1234@ric.edu])

6. Click "Next".

7. Enter in your Microsoft 365 password.

8. Click "Next".

You are now ready to use the Zoom Desktop Client.

The main zoom window will appear where you will see New Meeting, Join, Schedule and Share screen options.
