You will first need to promote the student to “Presenter” and your student will be able share his or her PowerPoint within your Collaborate session.
Step 1 – While you are in the Blackboard Collaborate session, open the Collaborate panel.
Step 2 – Click Attendees.
Step 3 – Promote the student to Presenter.
Step 4 – Student will then upload his or her PowerPoint to share it to the class within the session.
Step A. Student will click “Share content”, click “Share files” and upload his or her PowerPoint presentation.
Step B – Wait for the PowerPoint presentation have been uploaded and converted.
Step C – Click on the PowerPoint presentation file so that background is black and then click “Share now”
Step D – Select the first slide thumbnail so that everyone in the session can see the PowerPoint presentation.
