Refer to Rubrics for more information.
Click the three dots to the right of the assignment.
Click the assignment's Settings icon.
Scroll down to the Additional Tools section and click "Add grading rubric".
Click "Add" to the right of the rubric you want to associate with the assignment.
Click "Save".
