** Currently right now, Faculty and Staff who are part of the Feinstein School of Education and Human Development have a RIC Google Workspace account. For RIC Google Workspace accounts, we have disabled Google Gmail and Google Calendar. If you need to check your RIC email, you will need to use your Microsoft 365 Outlook.
If you have not already logged into your RIC Google Workspace account, you will need to do the following steps to access your RIC Google Workspace account:
1. Open Google Chrome.
2. Make sure that you have signed out of your personal Google account.
3. Within your browser go to www.google.com and click “Sign in” to log into your RIC Google Workspace account. (Note: You will be using your “Microsoft 365 RIC email” as your RIC Google Workspace username. (i.e. jsmith_1234@ric.edu)
4. After you have entered in your username, you will be redirected over to the Microsoft 365 login prompted. After authentication with your Microsoft 365 account, you will be redirected back to RIC Google Workspace and automatically logged into your account.
