Zoom: How to access a Zoom Cloud recording that has a passcode?

1. Click the recording thumbnail.

2.  You may see the passcode automatically being populated in the “Enter the passcode” field. The password field that is in the screenshot is the field that contains the wrong passcode. Click the X to close out the tab.

3. Click the “Copy Passcode to Clipboard” icon.

4. Click the recording thumbnail.

5. Remove the auto-filled generated passcode from the “Enter the passcode” field and paste in the passcode.

6. Click “Access Recording”.

The recording will now open and you will have the ability to play the recording.
