Accessing CollegeNet

Accessing CollegeNet from MyRIC Online Portal

Should you need to have access to CollegeNet, log in to Team Dynamix (RIC’s ticketing system) and submit a ticket request at http://servicecenter.ric.edu/tdclient. Follow the links to:

  1. Service Catalog
  2. IT and Network Support
  3. Administrative Systems and Applications [MIS]
  4. Other Administrative Applications
  5. CollegeNet

You’ll receive an E-Mail once you are granted clearance to CollegeNet. Next, you will need to log in to MyRIC at http://my.ric.edu   

Select the RIC Faculty Homepage then click on the Faculty/Staff Links tile

Click on the CollegeNet (Authorized Users) hyperlink

On the log in page, chose the CREATE ACCOUNT tab and fill in all required information.

In case you’ve created an account, type in your RIC E-Mail address and the password you chose when you first created the account with CollegeNet.  This may or may not be the same password as your RIC E-Mail password but If you do not remember your it, then you are required to change it.  You can accomplish that by clicking on the Forgot your Password? Link.
