E-Mail Students from Within Class Roster

This article illustrates how a Faculty Member can E-Mail one or all the students in the class from within the Class Roster page in Campus Solutions.

View Class Roster and E-Mail Students from within MyRIC
1. Log in to MyRIC. https://my.ric.edu
2. Type in your credentials then click on the LOGIN button
3. RIC Announcements >>RIC Faculty Homepage

4. Click on the Faculty Center tile.

6. Verify you are viewing the correct term and institution. If necessary, select Change Term to change between semesters. 7. Select the Class Roster button. (Looks like three figures standing together).

8. The Class Roster page displays. (You may need to scroll down to see the entire list)

9. In the Enrollment Status field, select the drop-down menu button.
9. To see all students regardless of Enrollment Status, select the All option.

10. The Enrollment Status displays.
11. Choose the Select All button at the bottom of the page.
12. Select the Notify Selected Students button.

14. Complete the applicable fields.
15. Select Send Notification

16. After confirmation of send, select the Return to Class Roster link.
17. The My Schedule page displays.
18. To view a different term:
19. Select the Change Term button, if desired.
20. Select another term and select the Continue button.
21. Process complete.
