Batch Edit in Ultra Course View

The Batch Edit tool allows you to edit dates and visibility for multiple items on your Course Content page at once. It also allows you to select multiple items to delete from your course.

Select the ellipsis icon next to the magnifying glass on your Course Content page:

On the Course Content page, the down read arrow is pointing to the three dots on the far right of the course.

Select "Batch Edit" from the drop down menu:

The Batch Edit option has a read boarder around indicating that is the option you will be selecting. There are other options which are Import Content, Copy Items, Export Course Package and Course Tasks and Logs.

Select the checkbox next to the items you would like to edit.

Select "Edit dates", "Edit visibility" or "Delete items" to make changes to the items in your selection. Note that this will affect all content within the items you selected.

You would select one of these options Edit dates, edit visibility, delete items which are buttons at the bottom of the window.
