Adding RIC Associated Groups to your User drop down menu

Adding Groups in RIC Rooms 

When first accessing RIC Rooms, the Group Details Drop down on the third step (3) of the General Campus Wide Room & Service Request, (and other process templates) page requires you to add select a group from the drop down in the Group Details Section.

  1. Select the Look up Tool (magnifying glass) next to the Group drop down
  2. In the Groups you can book for box, type, RIC before your group name.
  3. Select the Group
  4. Click Close

PLEASE NOTE: Groups in this system are fed by the Groups People Soft Budget Name.
