How to Save Your PC Free Annotations to Your Flash drive in a Gaige/Craig-Lee E-Classroom?

In any of the Gaige e-classrooms, you can use the EPSON pen and write your annotations on top of any of the sources (Laptop, PC, Blue-ray, Document Camera and Tuner). The annotations are just an overlay on top of the source’s projected image. The steps below will show you how to save your annotations to a flash drive when you have annotated on the Laptop, PC or Document Camera source projected image only.

  1. Plug your flash drive into the Flash drive port cable to the right of the PC monitor.
  2. Tap the whiteboard below the projector either with your finger or the Epson interactive pen.

  1. If you see the right blue arrow and the PC Free Mode icon, please move to step #5. If you don’t, please move to step #3.

  1. If you only see the PC Mode icon, please tap it with either your finger or the Epson interactive pen.

  1. Tap the PC Free mode icon with either your finger or the Epson interactive pen.

  1. Tap the blue arrow icon with either your finger or the Epson interactive pen.
  2. Currently you are seeing the source being displayed up on the whiteboard. Select the color and line width and then add your annotations to the projected image on the middle front whiteboard.

  1. When you are ready to save your annotations to your flash drive, click the “Save” button located on the projector control toolbar.
    1. By selecting the Save button, the EPESON projector built-in tools has taken a screenshot of your annotation including the entire image and saves the image on your flash drive.
  2. Tap the “Close” button.
