ITS User Support Services provides media services and A/V services to scheduled events at Rhode Island College.  While our primary mission is providing technology support for media systems and services that are installed in academic facilities, we also provide, when resources are available, A/V services for events and activities scheduled at the college.

This article provides a list of classrooms, conference rooms, auditoriums, and multi-purpose spaces that are capable of video conferencing (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc) with built-in equipment such as cameras and microphones.  Each type of room is listed by building and room number, along with a KB article link to directions on how to use the technology installed in the room.  This list will be updated regularly as technology upgrades to college facilities are installed and completed.
