How to Scan Your Handwritten Documents from Your Cell Phone to PDF and Save it to Your Microsoft 365 OneDrive

1. Download and install the Office app.

2. Click the icon to open the app.

3. Click “Actions”.

4. Click “Scan to PDF”.

5. Line the phone over the handwritten document and click the circle to take a picture.

6. Crop out the part of the image you do not want.

7. Click “Confirm

8. Click “Done”.

9. Click the left arrow.

10.  Click “Save”.

11. Click “OneDrive – Rhode Island College”.

12. Save the PDF file to a folder within your Microsoft 365 OneDrive.

If you now go to your Microsoft 365 OneDrive, you will see the scanned PDF file in the folder that you saved the file to.
