Welcome to Rhode Island College!
Your MyRIC Account gives you access to:
- MyRIC Online Services
- RIC Computer Labs
- RIC Email System – Office 365
- RIC Learning Management System - Blackboard
ALL RIC students need to create a NEW password for their MyRIC Account.
*High school students registering for EEP classes do not need to do this unless they are also planning to take a course on the RIC campus.
Standard MyRIC Account Setup Instructions
All undergraduate/graduate degree/non-degree students have been assigned a MyRIC Account username. You will use this MyRIC Account username to create a Password, which will give you access to MyRIC Online Services.
To CREATE your new password:
- Go to https://passwordstation.ric.edu
- Enter your MyRIC Account username
- Choose the “FORGOT PASSWORD” option.
- Follow the onscreen prompts.
- Your new password takes effect immediately. When accessing RIC Email it may take up to 20 minutes for the new password to work.
To ACCESS MyRIC Online Services:
- Go to https://www.ric.edu
- Click “MyRIC" in the footer of the web page.
- To sign on to your account, use your MyRIC Account with your newly created Password and then click the “LOGIN” button.
To CHANGE your new password (if necessary):
- Go to https://passwordstation.ric.edu.
- Enter your MyRIC Account username as described above when asked for your MyRIC Account
- Choose "Change Password"
- Follow the onscreen prompts
To CHANGE your personal email address in MyRIC (if necessary):
- Go to MyRIC Online Services.
- Follow the instructions in Maintaining your personal email address in MyRIC
