Progress Tracking Students on a Course Content Item

The following steps apply to course content items which do not require submissions from students, such as learning modules, folders, and links:

1. From the Course Content page, click the ellipsis next to the item:

2. Select “Student Progress” from the dropdown menu:

3. The Student Progress tab will show an overall Progress Summary for the content item:

4. The “Progress Status” column provides detailed timestamps for individual students:

5. Use search bar to search for individual students:

6. Use the “Progress Status” dropdown menu to filter results by completion status:

7. You also have the option to select students from the list and click “Message” to the right if you would like to send a message to students who have not opened the content item:
