Employee/Office ITS Equipment Move Request

This service is for requesting ITS staff to move Rhode Island College assigned technology from one location to another.  This includes (but is not limited to) items such as computers, monitors, desktop printers, and phones, and related cabling and accessories.  Please include the current location and the new location when completing the form, and provide five business days of notice for a completion of a move.
IT A/V Equipment Loan Reservation Request for Students

User Support Services provides A/V equipment loans for students enrolled in Communications and Film Studies classes as needed.  This includes cameras, microphones, tripods, lighting kits, etc.  Please fill out a loan reservation request form to begin the process of borrowing equipment.

Retired Equipment Removal Request
