Kaltura: Accessing your Kaltura video media entry ID

If you are having an issue playing one of your Kaltura videos, you will want to provide your video’s media entry ID to the ITS Help Desk when they create your service ticket. The below steps will show you how to access your Kaltura video’s media entry ID.

Log into your Blackboard account.

Click on “Tools”.

The red left arrow is pointing to the Tools option.

Click on “Kaltura - My Media”.

Clicking on the Kaltura My Media option.

Click the pencil icon to the right of the video thumbnail.

Within the “Basic Info” section, you will see the video’s unique media entry ID.
