If you are having an issue in playing your Kaltura video, you will want to provide your video’s media entry ID to the ITS Help Desk when they create your service ticket. The below steps will show you how to access your Kaltura video’s media entry ID.
Log into your Blackboard account.
Click on “Tools”.
Click on “My Media”.
Click the pencil icon to the right of the video thumbnail.
Within the “Basic Info” section, you will see the video’s unique media entry ID.
