If you have access to a shared mailbox you can access it online as well. Follow the steps below for the OWA version for your shared mailbox.
1. Go to a web browser such as Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer.
2. In the URL Bar type in the following Address;
https://outlook.office365.com/owa/ [name of mailbox@ric.edu ]
example: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/helpdesk@ric.edu
3. At the login screen input your email address and password. You will use your credentials to login to the shared mailbox.
