The following knowledge base article will help you add your Rhode Island College Email to the Outlook Application on your computer.
1. Click on the Desktop so Finder appears on the menu bar. Avoid clicking on any files or shortcuts. This will prevent the menu below from appearing.
2. From the menu bar, click on Go.
3. From Go, click on Applications.
4. From Applications, click on Outlook.
5. A new window will appear. Please click on Get started.
6. A new window will appear asking you what theme you want to chose. Pick between Colorful or Classic, and hit Continue.
7. Click on Start Using Outlook.
8. A new window will appear. In the Email text field, please enter your full Rhode Island College Email Address. Make sure to include the underscore and numbers in your email if this applies to you. After you enter your email address, click Continue.
10. You will now be promoted to type in your password. Please use the password you set on Microsoft Self Service Password Reset. If you don't remember your password, please reset it by clicking Setting your Password. After you enter your password, please click Sign In.
11. A final window will appear. Please click Done.
12. You can now use your Rhode Island College Email with Outlook.
