The Edit Media Page is where most of the control over your media file behavior takes place.

You get to the Edit Media Page for a given file from the My Media page.

1. Click on the check box next to the file that you want to edit.

2. Once selected click on the Pencil icon on the right side of the page …

This will take you to the Edit Media Page …

 

Once on the Media Edit Page you will find tabs that will allow you to edit information about the media file, who can access the file and other optional features,

  4. Thumbnails
  5. Downloads
  6. Captions
  7. Attachments
  8. Timeline
  9. Replace Media - coming soon
