This category will facilitate all IT and onboard enrollment requests pertaining to supporting student processes here at RIC including account issues, IT equipment loans, Blackboard issues, software licensing, and general remote learning questions. It will also include other services that the student needs to onboard such as campus parking passes.

This service will be for any IT equipment loaner request from actively enrolled students. Loan requests include laptops, wi-fi hot spot equipment, and any registered student Communications course audio/video equipment needed for projects.
This service request is for inquiries on obtaining a campus parking pass.
