Software/Application Training: Request individual training sessions for RIC employees on using specific software and applications (computer based or online). The ITS Help Center staff covers training for general use applications like Microsoft Office, Zoom, etc. Please provide the name of the software, application, or service you are requesting service for. Training is not available for all software or applications offered as being available by the college. We will do our best to accommodate preferred training appointment dates and times, but availability is subject to available staffing resources and expertise in the subject matter available at the ITS Help Center.
