Software Installation/Support Request

About This Service

Submit a service request to have additional software installed on your RIC managed/assigned computer. This can be software that the the college has already purchased and licensed or software that department has purchased through a grant. Typical installations will take between 5 and 30 minutes dependent upon the actual software being installed. 

Examples of software owned by the college are: SPSS, MiniTab, MathLab, ChemDraw, EMS (RIC Rooms), Adirondack, STATA, Topaz, etc.
