About This Service

This service is to set up your computer profile on a computer. This includes, Outlook, Printers, Scan and Shared Drives, Software installs and anything else you may need. 

You may need to submit a ticket for this service if you are;

• Moving to a new Computer
• You are a new hire
• Need a Local Account / Generic Account set up 
• Your computer was recently re-imaged / upgraded but your account was not set up on the machine
