Computer Deployment Request: This service is for requesting a computer upgrade or a new computer for an office or department. Rhode Island College ITS maintains an inventory of computer equipment that is allocated as needed for these requests. Dell and Apple desktops and laptops are available and can be requested, and our office will do our best to accommodate all requests based on inventory and resources available. Our office can also provide quotes for grant/departmental purchases as well as special configurations that are not stocked in our inventory. Please complete as many parts of the form as possible so we can quickly address your request. If additional approvals or information is required to fulfill your request we will respond with an update from the service request that has been opened suing this service request form.
