Audio Issue

This service is will be for a service ticket entry to resolve an issue with the sound not working in classroom or a lab.

Classroom Login Issue

This service is a ticket request that involves a user issue having difficulty logging into a classroom or lab teachers station.

DVD Playback Issue

This Service Request pertains to all issues experienced by the faculty when attempting to run a DVD during a class.

IT A/V Equipment Loan Reservation Request for Students

User Support Services provides A/V equipment loans for students enrolled in Communications and Film Studies classes as needed.  This includes cameras, microphones, tripods, lighting kits, etc.  Please fill out a loan reservation request form to begin the process of borrowing equipment.

IT Equipment Loaner Request for Faculty and Staff

This service will be for any IT equipment loaner request from actively employed faculty or staff members at Rhode Island College.

Projection Issue

This service would be to report an issue about a projector either not displaying, overheating, or a bulb issue.

Touch Panel Issue

This is to report a service issue with a touch panel or video switcher in classroom or lab.
